The Masters of Strength and Conditioning is an advanced programme customised to produce highly skilled exercise practitioners based on review-informed modules. Students will gain the expertise to develop personalised strength and conditioning programmes that are grounded in science and backed by evidence, monitor progress and deliver feedbacks.
Students will also have the opportunity to carry out a practical placement with our external sport partners where they will gain valuable, hands-on experience in a high performance or professional sport setting. This programme also concludes with a significant independent research project, allowing students to apply the knowledge and techniques they have acquired as well as data analysis skills to answer a scientific question relevant to strength and conditioning that will further develop their understanding.
