Accredited by the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) UK, the Bachelor of Quantity Surveying programme challenges students to identify, analyse and solve problems, evaluate strategies and options, and provide good judgement, decisions and advise as a professional quantity surveyor.
The 4-years full time study programme also provides students with the opportunity to research and develop future applications that give shape to a more creative and innovative approach to quantity surveying and unlock future potentials of the construction field.

English Language Requirements
Obtain a minimum of Band 3.0 in MUET for examinations starting from Session 1 of the year 2021, or Band 3.0 for examinations up to the year 2020, according to the validity period on the date of application
However, applicants without MUET but with the following results may be considered for conditional admission, provided they fulfill the MUET requirement within ONE (1) academic session:
